• To verify property listings before they go live

• To improve our platform and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. Owner contact details (phone, WhatsApp) are only shared with logged-in seekers who view their listings. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We use Google Authentication, which means we never store your password. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

• You can update your profile information anytime from your account settings
• You can delete your saved properties anytime
• You can request complete deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@pgbazar.in

PG Bazar is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
