🏠 1. About PG Bazar
PG Bazar is a platform that connects PG seekers with property owners in Delhi NCR. We are a discovery platform — we do not own, manage or operate any of the listed properties. All agreements for accommodation are between seekers and owners directly.
🔍 2. For Seekers
- You must create an account to view owner contact details
- You are responsible for verifying property details before making any payment to owners
- Always visit the property in person before signing any agreement or paying deposit
- PG Bazar is not responsible for any disputes between seekers and owners
- Do not share your account credentials with others
🏡 3. For Property Owners
- You must provide accurate and truthful information about your property
- Photos uploaded must be actual photos of your property
- Uploading fake or misleading information will result in immediate permanent ban
- You are responsible for all communications and agreements with tenants
- PG Bazar reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice
- Listing is free. PG Bazar does not charge any commission or fee.
🚫 4. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake listings or impersonating property owners
- Providing false contact information
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other users
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose
- Scraping, copying or reproducing content from the platform
- Creating multiple accounts

PG Bazar provides verification as a best-effort service. While we verify all listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information at all times. Properties may change after verification. Always visit in person before paying any deposit.
🔄 6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
